How Does Our Adult BJJ Program Work?
Our Adult BJJ program is split into two groups:
Adult Fundamentals
Our Adult Fundamentals course is rooted in building the foundation for further BJJ development. In this course you will learn basic movement, self-defense, sport-specific takedowns and techniques, and other ground-level education required for a blue belt exam.
All Levels
The All Levels program is a continuation of the skillset acquired in Adult Fundamentals. All Levels focuses on further improving basic techniques and movements to a tournament level, as well as cultivating the requisite mindset for practicing BJJ competitively.
